Description
The Role
Chevrolet has always been more than a car company-it is the brand of the people who show up: the DIYers, helpful neighbors, business builders, parents, and community members who move America forward. As a Chevrolet CRM Specialist on the Customer Engagement team, you will help make every customer interaction feel as meaningful as the people behind the brand.
As part of the Chevrolet Lifecycle CRM team, you will support the strategy, innovation, execution, and performance of 1:1 customer communications across the lifecycle. You will help bring customer-centric programs to life across email, direct mail, SMS, in-app, in-vehicle, and other channels, with a focus on acquisition and owner engagement.
This is an execution-heavy, cross-functional, data-informed role for a detail-oriented marketer who can manage multiple programs at once, connect channel execution to brand and enterprise outcomes, and use testing, learning, and optimization to improve customer engagement.
What You'll Do
  • Support the Assistant CRM Marketing Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating campaign activities from brief through execution.
  • Lead project management and coordination for model-year refreshes and ongoing updates to key automated campaigns.
  • Track comprehensive project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps using formal project-management tools such as Adobe Workfront.
  • Coordinate the development, review, approval, and routing of customer-facing materials across internal teams, agencies, and contracted partners.
  • Partner with insights and analytics teams to incorporate customer research, user behavior, best practices, performance data, and test-and-learn results into campaign recommendations.
  • Collaborate across Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Applied Sciences, Media, site teams, vehicle brand teams, Growth Brands, Sales Operations, Experiential and Events, Digital Retail, and agency partners to resolve issues and keep programs moving.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, program insights, and leadership-ready recommendations while identifying opportunities to improve execution quality, customer relevance, and business performance.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience leading or supporting integrated, digital-first, automated, or addressable marketing campaigns and segmentation strategies.
  • Demonstrated project-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience using project-management software; familiarity with Adobe Workfront is required or expected to be developed on the job.
  • Ability to guide data-informed marketing decisions by partnering with analytics, insights, and performance teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, planning, time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across functions, manage competing priorities, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of 1:1 and addressable technologies, modern digital channels, test-and-learn practices, and emerging AI/ML-enabled marketing capabilities, with the ability to learn and apply new tools.

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Direct CRM agency experience or experience managing agency relationships and deliverables.
  • Experience developing tailored, customer-centric lifecycle programs across email, direct mail, SMS, in-app, in-vehicle, or comparable channels.
  • Experience translating customer insights, behavioral data, and campaign performance into strategic recommendations for leadership audiences.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional problem solving and supporting high-performing teams in achieving performance goals.
  • Experience in automotive, mobility, retail, technology, or another consumer brand environment.
