Lead national strategy to build talent pipelines through partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical schools. Design campus recruiting and early-career programs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, measure program performance, and optimize conversion, retention, and time-to-productivity. Serve as Sonic's strategic connector to attract and develop sales, F&I, and operations leaders.

The Controller oversees dealership accounting and financial operations, ensures accurate records and internal controls, prepares reconciliations and monthly financials, supports forecasting and budgeting, audits balance sheets, manages office staff, enforces company policies, and partners with the General Manager and Regional Controller to drive revenue, control expenses, and support operational decision-making.

Prepare and submit finance paperwork for vehicle deals, obtain approvals from lenders, verify titles, liens, taxes, insurance, deposits and trade payoffs, coordinate with Sales Manager to protect profit, meet monthly objectives, and support Billing Clerk processing. Some weekend work required.

Sell vehicles by greeting customers, assessing needs, demonstrating features, conducting test drives, and guiding purchase processes. Follow up on leads via phone/email/text/CRM, meet monthly sales goals, maintain inventory and financing knowledge, and build long-term customer relationships.
