Manage dealership sales performance by leading and coaching sales staff, setting and forecasting monthly/yearly unit and profit goals, conducting sales meetings and training, maintaining vehicle inventory balance, and improving advertising, promotions, and customer handling to meet dealership objectives.

Sell vehicles to meet dealership profit, volume, and customer satisfaction targets. Manage dealership accounting operations, internal controls, and financial reporting. Supervise office staff, reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare monthly statements and DOC, assist with forecasting and budgeting, and ensure policy compliance while supporting revenue and expense controls.

Serve as the dealerships first point of contact: answer and route phones, greet visitors, manage mail/packages, coordinate scheduling and events, support CSI and volume tracking, track safety training, maintain reception area, and assist departments with administrative tasks to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Assist customers with vehicle purchases by recommending models, conducting test drives, explaining features/pricing, guiding financing and trade-in processes, negotiating and closing sales, following up post-sale, building customer relationships, collaborating with team members, attending training, and meeting sales targets.

Manage dealership business office operations for finance, insurance, and extended service programs. Sell F&I products to generate revenue and profits, cross-sell parts and accessories, support sales and service teams, and uphold company policies and customer service standards.
