Develops high-fidelity fluid, thermal, and electrical models for EVA spacesuit performance analysis and verification. Responsibilities include managing and analyzing test data, developing Python-based analysis tools, tracking mass and power metrics, creating dashboards, maturing performance assessments, supporting NASA delivery, and communicating progress and risks to stakeholders. The role also contributes to design trades, cross-functional collaboration, and agile project management across the spaceflight system development lifecycle.

Design, prototype, test, and analyze advanced spacesuit hardware. Conduct design evaluations, readiness reviews, verification and validation testing, and produce technical documentation. Support requirements development, design for manufacturability, production, anomaly resolution, and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while tracking project progress and applying agile project management methods.

Manages supplier quality processes for human spaceflight goods and services, including supplier qualification, audits, AS9100 compliance, quality clause flowdown, purchased-product verification, nonconformance management, corrective actions, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, procurement, safety, mission assurance, and program leadership to address risks, maintain quality procedures, and communicate project status.

Lead and optimize production test processes and teams to meet program milestones. Develop test strategies, manage schedules, budgets, staffing, GSE development, test planning, risk assessments, safety/readiness reviews, troubleshoot test systems, mentor engineers, and ensure hardware/software meet Axiom quality standards.

Provides legal and administrative support focused on corporate governance, board administration, corporate records, filings, finance-related transactions, contracts, compliance, litigation tracking, and legal operations. Coordinates with executives, finance teams, auditors, internal stakeholders, and outside counsel while managing confidential information, deadlines, documentation, and transaction support.
