Plan and coordinate daily AxEVA mission integration, operations, and training activities. Lead operational management of the BD capture pipeline: track opportunities through six-phase capture, maintain CRM/data integrity, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage partnership documentation and milestones, produce pipeline reporting for leadership, develop BD SOPs/playbooks, and support executive decision materials to drive capture execution.

Lead and grow a Structures & Mechanisms mechanical engineering team for spaceflight programs. Oversee standards, resource planning, technical governance, design reviews, V&V, staffing forecasts, capability development, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality flight hardware and analysis that meet customer, quality, and configuration-management requirements.

Provide quantitative market intelligence, build financial models and business cases, analyze pipeline and deal economics, support due diligence, and produce data-driven recommendations to inform BD, capture, and partnership decisions.
