Lead full-cycle recruiting for aerospace engineering, manufacturing, technical, operations, and corporate roles. Develop sourcing strategies for specialized talent, build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, conduct screenings, ensure hiring and export-control compliance, support employer branding, analyze recruiting metrics, improve processes, and represent Axiom Space at industry events.

Serves as the liaison between manufacturing production teams and IT, translating operational needs into business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and implementation roadmaps. Supports ERP, PLM, MES, and collaboration-system integrations; production planning, inventory, quality, and asset-tracking processes; system configuration, UAT, troubleshooting, data migration, documentation, training, and change management. The role identifies automation and efficiency opportunities while coordinating stakeholders, vendors, testing, and production-system enhancements.

Serves as the liaison between Finance and IT, translating financial business needs into system requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and integrations. Supports Deltek Costpoint configuration, testing, upgrades, UAT, troubleshooting, data validation, process improvement, documentation, training, and change management. Coordinates stakeholders, vendors, project timelines, and system enhancements while improving financial data integrity and operational efficiency.

Leads end-to-end systems engineering for major Axiom Station elements, covering concept definition, architecture, requirements, integration, interfaces, verification and validation, lifecycle management, configuration, data, risk, and sustainment. Provides system and subsystem integration support, oversees performance assessments and waiver processes, and communicates progress and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership. Requires extensive spaceflight systems engineering experience and coordination across complex, multidisciplinary programs.

Analyzes and reports integrated performance metrics for Axiom’s EVA spacesuit system. Responsibilities include managing and analyzing test data, developing Python-based analysis tools, tracking mass and power metrics, creating dashboards, maturing performance assessments, supporting NASA delivery, and communicating progress and risks to stakeholders. The role also contributes to design trades, cross-functional collaboration, and agile project management across the spaceflight system development lifecycle.

Design, prototype, test, and analyze advanced spacesuit hardware. Conduct design evaluations, readiness reviews, verification and validation testing, and produce technical documentation. Support requirements development, design for manufacturability, production, anomaly resolution, and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while tracking project progress and applying agile project management methods.

Manages supplier quality processes for human spaceflight goods and services, including supplier qualification, audits, AS9100 compliance, quality clause flowdown, purchased-product verification, nonconformance management, corrective actions, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, procurement, safety, mission assurance, and program leadership to address risks, maintain quality procedures, and communicate project status.

Lead and optimize production test processes and teams to meet program milestones. Develop test strategies, manage schedules, budgets, staffing, GSE development, test planning, risk assessments, safety/readiness reviews, troubleshoot test systems, mentor engineers, and ensure hardware/software meet Axiom quality standards.

Design, develop, test, and evaluate structural and mechanical components for a commercial space station. Perform hand calculations and FEA, produce models, drawings, and documentation, oversee manufacturing and assembly, run design reviews, onboard customer requirements, support verification/validation and testing, and mentor junior engineers. Work onsite in Houston and comply with export-control screening.

Manage logistics planning and execution for EVA hardware: inventory forecasting, spare procurement, work order generation/tracking, hardware allocation, manifest coordination, maintenance planning, readiness reviews, KPI reporting, and process documentation to support flight and ground operations.
