Manage a shared-services commission payables team to validate and process agent payments, implement Oracle Fusion payables, ensure timely compliant reporting and reconciliations, hire and develop staff, monitor controls and metrics, and collaborate across 80+ business units.

Provide administrative support for new insurance business by reviewing, entering, verifying, and submitting carrier applications. Resolve data inconsistencies with agents and carriers, maintain quality control, coach new staff, and communicate process improvements to management.

Build, maintain, and standardize KPI and AUM reporting; aggregate and reconcile data from multiple systems; design dashboards and KPI frameworks; analyze financial and operational trends; improve reporting automation and data quality; present insights to senior leadership and document data sources and processes.

Lead creation and operation of a Strategic Procurement function: build the team, design strategic sourcing, category management, SRM and contract processes, drive spend analysis and supplier consolidation, negotiate contracts, engage executive stakeholders, and integrate procurement with cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings and process improvements.

Process and reconcile retirement plan transactions (contributions, distributions, loans, transfers); maintain accurate plan and participant records; perform quality control, research and issue resolution; support documentation and process improvements; communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely daily processing.
