Manages and grows a financial institutions sales territory by recruiting advisors, developing relationships with banks and referral sources, driving revenue, educating advisors on insurance products, and protecting brand standards. Maintains CRM activity records, supports training, prospects continuously, and collaborates with internal sales and operations teams. Requires substantial overnight travel, financial services knowledge, a Series 6 license, and a resident life insurance license.

Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media; build relationships; educate agents on insurance products; schedule recruiting presentations; maintain CRM records; collaborate with sales and marketing teams; meet recruiting goals; attend industry events and training; and follow company, carrier, and regulatory requirements.

Administer retirement plans by supporting compliance consultants, performing IRS compliance testing, reconciling contributions, calculating employer contributions, filing annual IRS forms, preparing plan documents and amendments, and reviewing participant distribution and loan requests. The role also provides administrative client support, backup phone coverage, and opportunities for advancement into client-facing responsibilities.

Administers retirement benefit programs, including plan transactions, HRIS and vendor data integrations, compliance testing, Form 5500 filings, participant support, vendor coordination, committee governance, audits, and M&A-related plan transitions. Evaluates plan performance, supports regulatory updates, manages communications and education, and recommends plan enhancements and strategic retirement initiatives.

Lead product strategy and vision for Wealth Management and Annuities, owning multi-year roadmaps, custodian/platform partnerships, market/regulatory intelligence, and cross-functional GTM and sales enablement to drive advisor adoption, AUM growth, and product-market fit.

Provide customer support to insurance agents and marketers by serving as a liaison with carriers, resolving issues, guiding contracting and certification processes, navigating carrier portals, managing escalations, documenting interactions, conducting outreach, and maintaining strong agent relationships. The role requires communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism, and limited travel.

Leads enterprise brand strategy, architecture, governance, operations, and transformation across a complex organization. Establishes brand standards, approval processes, operating models, measurement frameworks, and creative resource oversight. Advises executive stakeholders, partners with Legal and business units, manages agencies and internal teams, and drives brand consistency across geographies and business lines. Requires extensive enterprise leadership, executive communication, stakeholder alignment, and experience scaling brand governance and creative operations.

Recruits insurance agents through outbound calls, using prepared scripts to qualify prospects, explain products and services, answer questions, collect lead information, and maintain accurate interaction and account records. The role requires strong communication skills, database accuracy, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and preferably three to five years of experience in recruiting, sales, or life and health insurance.
