Sell health and life insurance by prospecting via phone and email, educating clients on options, managing leads in a CRM, meeting monthly sales goals, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with the team to improve sales performance.

Aggregate, clean, standardize, and integrate business data from multiple sources. Run routine reports and basic statistical analyses, interpret trends, perform root-cause analysis, document work, follow data entry standards, and support project teams and leadership as assigned.

Coordinate onsite interview logistics and candidate experience, manage scheduling, interview materials, feedback collection, and building tours. Support onboarding tasks including new-hire orientation, I-9 verification, background checks, Workday offer generation, and relocation coordination with vendors. Partner with Talent Acquisition team to maintain efficient, organized hiring processes.

Identify and recruit new advisors/agents, manage CRM and sales leads, coordinate webinars/calls, gain product and market knowledge, and drive revenue through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building.

Support agent onboarding, licensing, and contracting for life, health, and annuity carriers. Process and track contracts, verify licenses, maintain records and SOPs, assist with system setup and training, enter and reconcile production data, ensure compliance with state DOI and carrier requirements, respond to agent inquiries, and prepare licensing and contracting reports.

Provide client and agent support during enrollment by responding to inquiries, guiding enrollment steps, entering and verifying data, tracking activity, escalating complex issues, and supporting process improvements and documentation.

Serve as the companys first point of contact: staff the front desk, greet visitors, manage mail and packages, maintain office supplies, coordinate calendars and meeting logistics, support staff with travel/expenses and invoices, and complete ad-hoc administrative projects and events.

Process, review, and reconcile broker and advisor commission data. Perform accurate data entry, investigate and resolve commission holds and discrepancies, collaborate with Operations/Compliance/Finance, support audits, and participate in testing and process improvements to ensure timely, compliant commission payouts.

Process and verify agent contracting paperwork, submit via carrier portals, support agents via phone/email/in person, create service requests, assist with new business processing, cross-train and support special projects.

Lead full-cycle recruiting: source, pre-screen, interview, assess, and select candidates; maintain recruiting metrics and job board presence; support team recruiting functions and stay current on industry trends.
