Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts partnering with hiring managers to craft job postings, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, maintain ATS and recruiting channels, track hiring metrics, and support special recruiting projects to meet hiring goals and deliver an inclusive candidate experience.

Perform premium and general accounting tasks including preparing and entering cash receipts, deposits, check requests, and journal entries; reconcile cash logs and claims registers to the general ledger; process remote deposits and lockbox items; maintain imaging folders and spreadsheets; collaborate with Customer Service and New Business for research and premium adjustments to support month-end closing.

Lead product strategy and vision for Wealth Management and Annuities, owning multi-year roadmaps, custodian/platform partnerships, market/regulatory intelligence, and cross-functional GTM and sales enablement to drive advisor adoption, AUM growth, and product-market fit.

Own product vision and roadmap, prioritize and refine backlog, drive discovery and stakeholder alignment, define acceptance criteria and delivery standards, partner with engineering/IT to manage flow and technical debt, and report on metrics to deliver high-value outcomes for enterprise platforms.

Plan, build, QA, execute, and analyze lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app, and content cards. Create copy, update HTML/templates, design assets, run A/B tests, maintain campaign calendar, ensure regulatory compliance, and document assets and performance.

Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) front-desk and administrative support for a Coral Gables insurance office: answer multi-line phones, manage client databases, prepare reports and documents, deliver excellent customer service, support agents, and resolve operational issues.

Evaluate and perform due diligence on investment products (alternatives, private equity, third-party managed accounts). Research, analyze financial and legal documents, prepare recommendations for the Investment and Risk committee, maintain tracking and files, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and perform annual ongoing due diligence for approved platform products.
