Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset management, month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, tax compliance, and internal control activities. The role partners with shared services and cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes, resolve issues, and maintain accurate financial operations. Additional duties include cash flow, treasury support, business license filings, and cash receipts and disbursements.

Develops and delivers scalable training programs for ERP, eCommerce, and operational processes. Provides daily support, workshops, one-on-one coaching, post-launch check-ins, process guidance, and training reinforcement. Creates SOPs and workflow documentation, manages Litmos courses and completion tracking, consults with IT and account teams, and supports process improvements and special projects.
