Sell Life, Health, and Annuity products through outside branch-based sales. Generate and follow leads, prepare proposals, close sales, complete applications and processing, work with underwriting, meet production and persistency standards, cross-sell, and provide member-focused service while maintaining required licenses and meeting reporting/administrative responsibilities.

Lead project teams to audit and evaluate insurance products, underwriting practices and vendors. Analyze data, build GCP dashboards and Excel models, identify trends, recommend profitability improvements, collaborate with management and internal audit, conduct investigations, develop policies and procedures, and manage special projects including vendor trials and cost/benefit analysis.

Serve as Workday process owner for Expenses and Supplier Accounts; oversee payments, reconciliations, audits, year-end activities, and policy support. Lead process improvements, system enhancements, budgeting, and cross-functional projects. Supervise and develop accounting staff and enforce internal controls.
