Handle complex Michigan PIP claims including coverage analysis, investigations, damage evaluation, payment approvals, subrogation, and referrals. Work with insureds, medical providers, and attorneys, document files in claims systems, and apply relevant state laws and company claim standards.

Handle intermediate to complex Michigan PIP claims remotely: evaluate coverage, investigate facts and medical records, determine benefits, authorize payments, negotiate settlements, manage MCCA and attorney-represented claims, document activity in claim systems, and ensure compliance with state law and company procedures.
