The Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring restaurant partnerships for Chowbus' POS system through prospecting, relationship building, and closing sales, while managing sales activities via CRM.

Monitor client health, lead business reviews, drive product adoption, execute campaigns, and optimize account usage. Provide occasional onsite support for escalated issues, collaborate cross-functionally on product improvements, and represent the customer internally. Requires strong communication, troubleshooting ability, CRM proficiency, and fluency in Chinese and English.

Develop and execute sales and commercial strategy, identify growth opportunities, and translate company goals into actionable initiatives. Lead product growth, pricing, packaging, commercialization, market research, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market recommendations. Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and senior leadership to drive execution, enable sales teams, and manage cross-functional initiatives. Conduct customer discovery and market visits, travel regularly, and potentially build a small strategy team.
