Manage end-to-end success for a portfolio of non-enterprise healthcare customers: drive adoption, troubleshoot complex data and platform issues, run trainings and implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop customer roadmaps, and support renewals while ensuring data quality and security compliance.

Drive new business for Arcadia by prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating pipeline within healthcare organizations. Use CRM and prospecting tools to conduct outreach, partner with sales executives to advance opportunities, and leverage company data to tailor discovery and presentations. Own SQL and dbt-based data modeling and data quality for clinical and claims datasets. Author and refactor dbt models/tests, triage DQ alerts, design monitors, optimize SQL performance, and collaborate with Data Engineering and stakeholders to ensure trusted production datasets.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Arcadia's platform: develop project plans, manage data integration (EHR/claims), coordinate teams and third parties, escalate and resolve risks, validate and train customers, and drive go-live and process improvements to ensure customer value and retention.

Own cross-team, platform-level engineering initiatives end-to-end: architecture, migrations, observability, on-call, and customer outcomes. Drive AI-native tooling and agentic AI adoption, mentor senior engineers, and set technical standards across teams.
