The Business Development Representative partners with the Sales and Marketing teams to focus on growing the Arcadia footprint within strategic healthcare organizations. In this role, you will identify, research, outreach and discuss Arcadia’s value proposition by communicating clearly and concisely via phone, email, and in-person conversations with prospects and your team.

- Ability to present on the Arcadia company overview and offerings
- Begin highly targeted prospecting activities
- Proficient use of Arcadia’s sales tool (i.e Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Definitive, Connect the Dots)
- Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders from Business Development, Sales, Marketing
- Begin producing high-quality Qualified sales opportunities
- Achieve all business development metrics
- Have a deep understanding of your territory, prospect accounts and market
- Leverage Arcadia’s proprietary data and analytics insights to tailor outreach and discovery conversations with hyper-specific insights by account
- Have a foundational understanding of the health system and provider market, clients we serve and value we provide
- Exceed all business development metrics
- Consistently produce high-quality qualified sales opportunities each month
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the health system and provider market, clients we serve and value we provide
- Conduct strong discovery sessions, handling objections and providing valuable insight into Arcadia’s differentiators
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge in the features, benefits and application of Arcadia’s product and solutions
- Building an organized, detail-oriented approach to manage your pipeline
- Generating new pipeline through prospect engagements including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn Networking, tradeshows, discovery calls, and other marketing activities
- Partnering with a sales executive to generate outreach campaigns, strategize territory account plans, drive opportunities forward at all stages of the funnel, upward managing and driving progress
- Understanding the competitive landscape and the differentiated value that Arcadia provides
- Interacting with and developing relationships with existing Arcadia clients and prospects
- Supporting creation of sales presentations to customer and prospects with the sales function (sales engineer, sales operations, sales leadership, and sales representatives)
- Participating in sales planning and strategy meetings
- Achieving sales quota by qualifying top leads
What You'll Bring
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years sales experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven success in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities within a set of named accountsSales experience within health systems, medical groups, or other healthcare organizations
- Ability to explain, demonstrate, and articulate to potential clients how a complex product suite’s features and benefits match their needs
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting automation tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent work ethic; this job requires flexibility to meet customer expectations
