Serve as the strategic HR advisor to Product and Technology senior leaders, designing and implementing people strategies, organizational design, talent and succession plans, executive coaching, and cross-functional HR initiatives to drive business objectives and leadership effectiveness across global regions.

Lead test automation for web, mobile (iOS/Android) and REST APIs; build and maintain automation frameworks (Appium/Selendroid), run CI/CD regression suites, perform root-cause analysis, drive QE standards, mentor QE team, and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability for enterprise SaaS.

Provide high-level administrative and communications support to the CIO and Global IT team: manage calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, reports, and special projects; act as CIO proxy, lead strategic initiatives, analyze metrics, and build executive-level relationships while maintaining confidentiality and organizational effectiveness in a hybrid workplace.

Lead customer engagements to assess, redesign, and optimize accounting processes using BlackLine. Drive digital transformation roadmaps, generate billable consulting engagements, deliver solution architecture and thought leadership, mentor teams, and partner with Account Management to increase adoption, expansion, and customer success.

Own ABM strategy and execution for North America across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs. Build multi-channel campaigns, align closely with sales on target accounts, enable sales with messaging and insights, measure account engagement and pipeline impact, and optimize programs with analytics and personalized content.

Lead design and execution of customer advocacy and adoption programs for an enterprise B2B SaaS company. Build and scale advocacy, review, and case study pipelines; manage advocacy platforms and vendor relationships; integrate customer proof across GTM motions; drive adoption via lifecycle nurture and journey mapping; collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize advocates using product and commercial signals.

Design, develop, and deliver cloud-based backend features for a SaaS product. Build and maintain scalable distributed systems and RESTful APIs, support production deployments and on-call activities, enforce high code quality and testing, mentor junior developers, and drive architecture and process improvements across teams.
