Lead development and maintenance of integrated master plans (IMP) and integrated master schedules (IMS) for THAAD programs. Monitor schedule performance, perform risk and critical path analysis, integrate subcontract schedules, support proposals, and produce customer reports while ensuring EVMS and DoD scheduling compliance.

Design and lead modeling & simulation solutions and system architectures for military customers. Coordinate engineering process management, program engineering planning/execution, HLA communications, system integration, testing, configuration management, technical writing, and customer/team briefings. Collaborate with instructors and training developers to deliver integrated technical solutions.

Provide senior systems engineering support for Sentinel ICBM payload systems: develop requirements, perform analysis of alternatives, support verification/validation and milestone prep, produce engineering reports and acquisition documents, advise government engineers, and provide technical leadership across hardware and software design, integration, and implementation.

Provide reporting and real-time analytics for a 24x7 Tier II Service Desk. Write T-SQL against Microsoft/warehouse databases, build SSRS reports, validate results, and partner with leadership on ad-hoc and scheduled reporting. Onsite in Columbia, SC, and must be eligible for Secret clearance.
