Technical lead for end-to-end electrical design, integration, test, and delivery of space-grade electronics boxes. Manage requirements flow-down to PWAs, FPGAs and software, lead integration and verification, resolve anomalies, select EEE parts, produce RVM and documentation, and mentor junior engineers while mitigating technical and schedule risks.

Provide technical and acquisition advice, review prime contractor designs and MBSE products, support MS&A, manage schedule/cost/status tracking, and coordinate with government stakeholders and program partners to deliver training devices, courseware, facilities, and integrated master schedules.

Lead program activities across development, sustainment, production, and capture for the F-15 EPAWSS portfolio. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, suppliers, and customer engagement; report program performance, apply Earned Value Management, and foster team collaboration and continuous improvement to meet financial, technical, and schedule objectives.

Lead program engineering for complex electronic systems from design through fielding and support. Ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance; manage cross-functional teams, risk, bids, processes, staffing, and engineering metrics. Serve as technical authority between Chief Engineer and teams.

Lead program activities for the F-15 EPAWSS portfolio, managing schedule, budget, technical performance, risk mitigation, customer and supplier relationships, reporting, team leadership, compliance, and safety across development, production, sustainment, and capture efforts.

Serve as EPDS cost account manager and project engineer (70% management, 30% technical) for power systems. Manage procurements and supplier relationships for batteries, solar arrays, and control electronics; define hardware and interfaces; lead subcontract management; produce technical proposals, specifications, and presentations; and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in on-site lab, production, and field environments.

Design, develop, test, and maintain Python and related applications integrating with existing infrastructure. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement modular, repeatable, and automated solutions, apply Model Based Engineering, participate in code reviews, implement automated testing, and support cloud-native microservices and observability practices.
