Own customer outcomes for strategic public-safety accounts by discovering operational problems onsite, building and deploying AI agents, workflows, integrations, automations, and data pipelines on Axon’s platform. Lead implementation, adoption, optimization, troubleshooting, and operational transformation while ensuring CJIS, privacy, and evidence-integrity compliance. Partner with agency leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services; measure mission outcomes, create reusable playbooks, and identify expansion opportunities.

Lead architecture and design reviews for highly available, low-latency cloud services. Establish technical standards through code and architecture reviews, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, improve engineering processes, and deliver scalable backend systems using managed programming languages and SQL or NoSQL data stores.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes for Axon’s Phoenix facility, ensuring cost, ergonomics, quality, and cycle-time targets. Supports production lines, designs and tests manufacturing methods and equipment, evaluates robotics and automation, and provides guidance to technicians and production leads. Collaborates with Quality, R&D, Product, and Automation teams, identifies efficiency improvements, leads root-cause investigations, and maintains SOPs, process flowcharts, and technical documentation.

Leads Axon’s Engineering Program Management organization and Devices product portfolio from concept through launch. Responsibilities include managing program managers, establishing development processes and governance, overseeing schedules, risks, budgets, resources, and dependencies, driving cross-functional alignment, and communicating portfolio health to executives. The role also guides prioritization, product development excellence, financial planning, and resolution of complex hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, and supply-chain challenges.
