Serve as the primary technical contact for public safety agencies to deploy, adopt, and operate Axon software and integrated solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate escalations, support deployments and training, drive adoption and workflow improvements, deliver data-driven insights using Power BI/SQL, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve customer outcomes.

Lead enterprise demand generation and ABM for prioritized verticals. Own ABM strategy, paid media, HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, campaign execution, reporting, and close partnership with SDR and Sales to convert marketing activity into qualified pipeline and revenue.

Manage international air freight and time-sensitive shipments, ensure export control and customs compliance (ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs), validate shipping and dangerous goods documentation, support export licensing and classification, monitor shipment performance, resolve disruptions, and drive process, system, and automation improvements across global logistics while partnering cross-functionally.

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded applications and network configurations for Axon's devices, ensuring high stability and performance. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development.

The Electrical Component Engineer manages component strategy during product lifecycle, influences design, and ensures timely sourcing while optimizing costs and supply continuity.

Design and develop scalable software for Axon Records, lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and improve engineering processes across teams in a collaborative environment.

Sell Axon Air drone and counter-drone solutions to large law enforcement agencies in the West. Partner with Key Account Leader, manage complex procurements and partner relationships (e.g., Skydio), generate leads, execute account strategy, forecast and track activity in Salesforce, and travel frequently to drive deployments and long-term customer success.
