Serve as a strategic finance partner to Axon's Next Markets sales teams, supporting growth initiatives, complex deal economics, forecasting, investment planning, pricing, and market-entry decisions. Own driver-based bookings forecasts, financial models, operational KPIs, and scenario analysis while partnering with Finance, Sales, Operations, and executive stakeholders in a global, high-growth environment.

Lead end-to-end development and launch of Axon’s Nitro/Markham consumer TASER hardware program. Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams spanning electrical, mechanical, industrial design, software, firmware, and manufacturing. Own program schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, supplier relationships, contract manufacturing coordination, and executive reporting. Drive product trade-offs and delivery from concept through launch while ensuring products meet cost, reliability, timing, and customer requirements.

Manages end-to-end order processing, including validation, bookings, amendments, system corrections, releases, and contract review. Resolves issues affecting fulfillment, invoicing, compliance, and revenue integrity while partnering with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, Product, and Customer Success. Performs audits, supports forecasting, improves workflows through automation, and mentors junior analysts.

Conduct IT general and application controls audits under SOX, perform operational and security reviews, lead process walkthroughs, analyze data, document workpapers, investigate deficiencies, and recommend remediation. The role partners with management and external auditors while improving audit processes through automation, analytics, and AI. It requires 3–5 years of audit experience, relevant professional certification, and experience auditing IT controls and key reports.

Conduct IT general and application control audits under SOX, operational and security reviews, system implementation assessments, walkthroughs, data analysis, and audit reporting. Investigate control deficiencies, recommend remediation, partner with management and external auditors, and improve audit processes through automation, analytics, and AI.
