Develops brand and product copy across CRM, social, websites, paid media, content, product launches, and editorial channels. Protects and evolves brand voice, collaborates cross-functionally on campaigns, uses customer data and A/B testing to optimize copy, and supports merchandising and go-to-market initiatives. The role also involves mentoring or managing external copywriters, editing content, researching industry trends, and contributing strategically to the creative team.

Design and develop physical products from concept through production, including CAD models, renders, tech packs, materials, finishes, construction, packaging, and printed graphics. Collaborate with merchandising teams and manufacturing partners on sampling, iteration, product innovation, and roadmap feasibility. The role combines industrial design, graphic design, design-for-manufacturing precision, and vendor coordination.

Design albums for customers using the Artifact Uprising editor and Adobe tools, curate images, communicate with customers and internal teams, manage multiple projects and drafts, handle email and phone support, and report platform bugs or improvements through Slack. The contract offers flexible, volume-dependent hours of 15–35 per week and may run from October 2026 through January 2027.

Provides responsive customer support for Design Studio clients through email and phone. Assists with project needs, custom pricing, product guidance, website navigation, ordering, payment, and shipment issues. Coordinates with internal teams to deliver accurate, empathetic resolutions in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Requires flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays, during the seasonal contract period.

Provides seasonal customer support through email, live chat, and phone, resolving product, ordering, payment, website navigation, and delivery issues. Handles escalations, contacts shipping carriers, and delivers accurate, empathetic responses. Supports Customer Experience initiatives, identifies improvement opportunities, and works assigned evening, weekend, and holiday shifts throughout the full seasonal contract. Requires reliable attendance, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and comfort using multiple support technologies.
