Manages full-cycle recruiting for office, field, technical, and project-based roles. Partners with hiring managers, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, offers, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify processes, and onboarding handoffs. Maintains applicant tracking and HR records, develops talent pipelines, manages recruiting vendors, supports compliant interviewing, reports on hiring activity, and represents the company at recruiting events and partner organizations. Travel of up to 30% may be required.

Provides administrative and project support to project management teams by preparing subcontract documents, prequalifying subcontractors, tracking insurance and licenses, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, ordering supplies, and supporting office operations. The role also manages filing systems, communications, vendor apparel inventory, mail, equipment maintenance, and general clerical duties while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
