Leads organic growth and business development for assigned ambulatory surgery centers across Florida and Texas. Recruits and retains physicians, develops service lines, identifies market and revenue opportunities, supports strategic planning and budgeting, and builds relationships with facility leaders and physicians. The role conducts growth and partnership discussions, participates in operational and board meetings, meets growth targets, ensures compliance, and serves as Regent’s market ambassador. Travel is primarily within assigned facility markets, with occasional out-of-market travel.
