Supports the IT Security team by analyzing security controls, assisting with risk-based security requirements, maintaining Splunk SIEM, monitoring and configuring security systems, and participating in security investigations. Manages mortgage sales and application processes in a local market, supervises and coaches Mortgage Loan Officers and branch staff, supports underwriting and processing teams, and drives monthly and annual sales goals. Builds referral relationships with real estate professionals, coordinates community sponsorships and events, maintains service standards, manages member experience, and resolves complaints and escalations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
