Recruits, trains, coaches, evaluates, and manages marketing and sales personnel while maintaining regulatory, brand, and quality standards. Collaborates with development, ownership, leadership, and community teams to support the successful launch and ongoing growth of the senior living community.

Manages supplier contracts supporting construction, renovation, and plant operations. Leads contract development, negotiation, sourcing events, pricing analysis, vendor relationship management, compliance monitoring, and contract documentation. Partners with internal teams, members, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to improve purchasing outcomes, expand vendor participation, and optimize contracting processes.

Provides technical support to residents and staff for computers, mobile devices, printers, VoIP phones, and other equipment. Assists with service requests, work orders, device setup, equipment deployments, computer refreshes, documentation, inventory, audiovisual setups, and campus technology projects while shadowing IT staff.
