Respond to high-volume internet leads through email, phone, and in-person communication. Help guests select vehicles, provide automotive knowledge, and deliver excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires customer-facing communication, basic technology proficiency, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training and commission incentives are provided.
