Manage existing automotive customers through phone, text, and email follow-up to identify purchase, upgrade, trade-in, equity, and lease-end opportunities. Build long-term relationships, coordinate with sales and service teams, manage vehicle orders and deliveries, maintain CRM records, and drive repeat and referral business. The role requires previous sales experience, strong communication, customer retention skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-site rotating shifts.

Sells BMW vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, explaining financing and warranties, negotiating pricing, completing sales paperwork, and delivering vehicles. Builds long-term client relationships through networking, lead generation, CRM follow-up, and ongoing communication. Requires prior automotive sales experience, strong negotiation and customer service skills, CRM proficiency, and a valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean record.
