Designs, integrates, commissions, tests, and troubleshoots PLC, HMI, substation, protective relay, RTAC, and communication systems for renewable energy applications. Responsibilities include interpreting electrical schematics, performing field commissioning, troubleshooting networks, collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders, meeting project schedules and budgets, and adhering to NERC CIP and safety standards. Travel of 25–35% is required.

Designs and develops accurate 3D models and technical plans for substation infrastructure projects. Leads complex transmission and substation projects from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, resources, stakeholders, contracts, and reporting. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, facilitates client and leadership communications, tracks project health and portfolio commitments, resolves issues, and supports transmission capital programs and strategic initiatives. The role requires strong project leadership, cost and schedule planning, client focus, and approximately 25% monthly travel to client facilities.

Leads renewable-market business development by identifying client needs, developing and selling solutions, converting opportunities, and building strategic relationships. The role mentors team members, coordinates cross-functional pursuit efforts, assesses market potential, develops sector plans, represents the company at industry events, and drives growth through consultative engineering and renewable-energy solutions.

Leads electrical substation engineering projects and subconsultant partnerships from scoping, estimating, and scheduling through detailed design, commissioning, and construction support. Produces and reviews substation drawings, calculations, specifications, reports, and protection and control designs. Provides technical leadership, quality control, mentoring, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with client standards and sound engineering practices.

Leads roadway and transportation design delivery, provides technical guidance, reviews project deliverables, supports CDOT and local agency work, and coordinates scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. Coaches and develops transportation professionals through feedback and project assignments. Participates in seller-doer activities, client relationship management, proposals, pursuits, business development, and process improvement while remaining engaged in billable project work.

Summer CADD internship supporting electrical substation projects. Responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, plan sets, diagrams, and design documentation in AutoCAD; interpreting electrical drawings; applying client and company standards; and collaborating with engineers and CAD technicians. The role provides hands-on exposure to substation protection, control systems, physical design, and utility engineering workflows.
