Leads civic engagement, advocacy, lobbying, coalition-building, policy monitoring, voter engagement programming, campaign planning, outreach materials, reporting systems, and staff supervision. Presents proposals to executive leadership and the board, develops strategic partnerships, supports organizing teams, and advances nonpartisan community engagement initiatives through technology and program development.

Leads nonprofit fundraising and development strategy, including major and small donor programs, bequest giving, grant writing, fundraising events, campaigns, donor communications, and income forecasting. Manages the fundraising budget, donor database, prospect research, reporting, and organizational fundraising culture. Supervises, trains, and coaches the Development Team while collaborating with staff, board members, volunteers, and public relations teams to increase unrestricted revenue and advance the organization’s mission.
