Monitor account health, quantify customer outcomes, lead success plans and impact reviews, identify growth opportunities, and communicate customer insights internally. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Implementation, Services, Product, and Support. Requires finance software experience, CRM proficiency, and up to 15% travel.

Partners with Sales to discover customer needs, scope finance and operations automation solutions, and deliver tailored software demonstrations. Applies Accounts Payable and finance workflow expertise to address integration, data, document capture, and payment requirements. Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, supports webinars and industry events, and shares customer insights to improve solution positioning and the customer experience. Travel of up to 25% is required.

Manage strategic B2B SaaS customer accounts, driving retention, renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth. Build relationships with decision-makers, conduct consultative presentations, develop account plans, negotiate contracts, monitor account health, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve adoption and customer outcomes.
