Manage Foundation accounting, financial systems, investments, reconciliations, construction project accounting, audits, budgeting, grants, financial reporting, and general ledger activities. Prepare journal entries and external reports in accordance with GAAP, GASB, and applicable Illinois regulations. Provide financial analysis and support to departments while maintaining accurate, secure records and assisting with system administration and upgrades.

Coordinates day-to-day operations, programming, workshops, mentorship sessions, networking events, and member engagement for an entrepreneurship collective. Supervises student employees and interns, supports startup and community partnerships, tracks program metrics, promotes events through digital channels, maintains facility and audiovisual resources, prepares reports and presentations, and identifies process improvements. Requires evening and occasional weekend availability, stakeholder engagement, and operational support for events, donors, and partners.

Leads the College’s enterprise application portfolio, including ERP/SIS systems, integrations, reporting platforms, data governance, security, and lifecycle planning. Develops technology roadmaps, improves business processes, oversees implementations, manages vendors, coordinates cross-functional projects, and supervises technical staff. Ensures reliable data, application security, system integrations, reporting infrastructure, documentation, modernization, and operational efficiency across academic and administrative departments.
