Supports multimodal traffic engineering and public works projects through traffic operations and capacity analysis, safety studies, field investigations, traffic control plan review, and traffic calming initiatives. Prepares technical reports and recommendations, coordinates with stakeholders, supports public meetings, and provides after-hours emergency and special-event operations support. The role requires applying transportation standards and software while conducting regular fieldwork.

Leads the City's multimodal traffic engineering program, overseeing roadway safety studies, intersection improvements, traffic calming, congestion reduction, and traffic control reviews.
