Provides customer service for parking facilities by assisting customers, selling monthly decals and cards, processing payments, refunds, and accounts receivable billing. Handles reception, phone and email inquiries, complaints, parking account updates, inventory, and liaison duties with parking staff. Requires accurate computer and office-equipment use, independent judgment, strong communication, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Oversees day-to-day parking facility operations, including scheduling parking and custodial staff, inspections, revenue equipment, cash deposits, inventory, reporting, budgeting, training, performance reviews, customer inquiries, and facility safety. Supervises employees, monitors revenue accuracy and operational compliance, coordinates maintenance and security requirements, and performs parking attendant duties as needed.
