Oversee nonprofit accounting operations, including general ledger, close processes, financial reporting, grant and restricted fund accounting, audits, compliance, and internal controls. Partner on budgeting and forecasting, present financial analysis to leadership and the Board, improve accounting systems and processes, manage risk, and supervise accounting staff. The role requires regular presence in the Washington, DC office within a hybrid work arrangement.
