Drives injectable product sales across the Thousand Oaks, Tarzana, and Simi Valley territory. Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, developing account plans, analyzing market and customer data, identifying new business, training eligible providers on product injections, supporting promotions and open houses, managing key customer relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining compliance.

Manages strategic aesthetic medicine accounts across the Southeast Region, identifying high-value opportunities, developing account plans, analyzing business and financial relationships, and establishing sales agreements. Partners with field sales, marketing, medical affairs, legal, and industry relations teams to grow revenue, improve customer retention, and promote Merz Aesthetics’ product portfolio and treatment modalities.

Drives revenue and quota attainment across established and dormant accounts through inbound and outbound phone and email sales. Manages lead pipelines, processes tradeshow leads, supports targeted campaigns, provides product training, handles orders and samples, prepares activity reports, and assists with marketing strategies. The role supports injectable and skincare products and provides territory coverage as needed.

Leads Merz Aesthetics’ global market intelligence agenda, integrating competitive intelligence, market research, consumer and HCP insights, forecasting, pricing guidance, KPI tracking, and trend analysis. Advises executive leadership on strategic scenarios, portfolio decisions, launch readiness, pricing, investment, and business performance. Establishes governance, planning frameworks, research standards, and intelligence processes while leading complex cross-functional teams across marketing, finance, R&D, innovation, medical affairs, and regional commercial organizations.

Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities through journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, reporting schedules, and balance sheet controls. Investigates variances, resolves reconciling items, supports audits and compliance, and maintains accounting documentation. The role also contributes to process improvements, system enhancements, automation, internal controls, and cross-functional accounting initiatives using SAP and other business systems.

Leads electrical and embedded firmware design for medical devices, including mixed-signal PCBAs, FPGA and microcontroller systems, and board-level circuits. Develops requirements, architectures, prototypes, verification plans, and validation testing. Performs electrical root-cause analysis, supports product improvements and manufacturing, and ensures compliance with medical-device safety, quality, risk-management, and design-control standards including IEC 60601, IEC 62304, and ISO 14971.

Leads two enterprise loyalty programs, overseeing strategy, promotions, technology roadmaps, CRM integration, customer journeys, analytics, vendor management, and team development. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, and external vendors to improve engagement, retention, personalization, and revenue growth. Owns program performance, ROI, loyalty technology platforms, and digital customer experiences across provider and consumer audiences.

Leads Merz Aesthetics’ global customer digital experience strategy, owning end-to-end customer journeys, digital ecosystem direction, adoption, measurement, governance, and regulatory alignment. Partners with Marketing, Commercial, IT, Data, Legal, and regional teams to improve engagement, growth, retention, efficiency, and loyalty. Establishes the CDX operating model, influences platform and vendor decisions, and develops a high-performing global team while balancing global consistency with regional flexibility.
