Supports development, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce Education Cloud solutions for student information and academic workflows. Builds Salesforce objects, flows, approval processes, Lightning pages, reports, and dashboards; assists with Apex, integrations, data management, testing, documentation, and deployments. Collaborates with business, systems, academic, and external implementation teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions supporting enrollment, scheduling, attendance, grading, and institutional operations.

Provides Level 1 technical support to staff, students, and faculty in an educational environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows laptops, Chromebooks, printers, accounts, Wi-Fi, and classroom technology; configuring and distributing student devices; managing inventory; documenting and updating help desk tickets; and escalating complex issues. The intern also supports equipment lifecycle activities, customer service, cybersecurity and data privacy procedures, and daily IT operations under experienced staff supervision.
