Leads formaldehyde production operations across Columbus and Detroit facilities. Supervises production personnel, manages staffing and training, monitors process performance, troubleshoots operating issues, and drives safety, reliability, quality, and continuous improvement. Supports process safety activities, maintenance planning, equipment failure investigations, capital projects, commissioning, documentation, and emergency response. Requires a chemical engineering degree, at least five years of relevant chemical manufacturing or process engineering experience, and demonstrated production leadership.
