Supports installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, and optimization of robotic and automation systems. Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, PLC, HMI, and software issues; programs robots and controls; performs preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis; supports new product development; trains customers and operators; documents system changes; and helps establish field service best practices. The role requires extensive customer-site work, industrial-environment experience, and travel up to 80%.

Designs, analyzes, tests, commissions, and supports mechanical equipment, robotic cells, tooling, fixtures, guarding, and automated manufacturing systems. Creates CAD models, production drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation; performs structural, dynamic, motion, tolerance, and FMEA analyses. Collaborates with robotics, controls, manufacturing, quality, and field-service teams. Supports prototype builds, factory and site acceptance testing, installation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and customer-site commissioning.
