Provides Tier 1 technical support to restaurant and home-office users through phone, remote, and in-person channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, operating systems, printers, networks, point-of-sale systems, kitchen displays, phones, and other restaurant technology. Documents incidents, manages equipment deployments and inventory, communicates resolutions, escalates complex or security-related issues, coordinates with vendors, and contributes to support documentation. The role includes evening, weekend, local travel, and occasional equipment-handling requirements.

Supports finance and accounts receivable activities, including invoice creation, payment application, billing, refunds, reconciliations, aging review, discrepancy resolution, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. The role supports hotel restaurant billing, catering close processes, private dining payments, house accounts, and customer communications. It requires strong organization, communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, and accounting or bookkeeping experience.
