Coordinates broadcast worship production, including audio, video, and lighting execution; recruits, trains, and schedules production volunteers; leads the production team; maintains AVL equipment; submits equipment service requests; and collaborates with campus and support teams on recordings, edits, and gathering experiences.

The role requires flexibility, ongoing skill development, and alignment with the church’s values and policies.

Leads the KidSpring preschool creative team, managing workflows, deadlines, feedback, approvals, budgets, and production. Writes preschool scripts, small-group lessons, handouts, and planning materials; produces and directs video shoots; coordinates animation and voiceovers; maintains documentation and distribution standards; and supports curriculum implementation through team leadership, church participation, and occasional campus travel.

Creates illustrations, branding, graphics, and video assets for children’s ministry curriculum. Collaborates with writers, animators, and filmmakers; manages creative tasks and outsourced animation; supports set design, props, and video shoots; and participates in Sunday ministry activities to evaluate curriculum effectiveness. Requires strong drawing and art fundamentals, organization, communication, presentation, and constructive feedback skills.
