Manage enterprise school-group relationships, executive stakeholders, account plans, retention risks, renewals, upsell opportunities, product adoption, and implementation rollouts. Maintain account health data in Salesforce and Planhat, lead business reviews, support change management, and ensure a consistent client experience. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, school leadership experience, EST availability, and up to 20% travel.
