Oversee construction accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, general ledger, job costing, reporting, budgeting, and project profitability analysis. Manage month-end and year-end close, ensure GAAP compliance, prepare WIP and cash flow reports, support audits and lender reporting, maintain accounting systems, and oversee subcontractor compliance. Collaborate with project managers on budgets, change orders, billing, collections, and financial performance.
