Leads daily accounting and finance operations, including monthly close, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, grant and contract accounting, budgeting, internal controls, audit support, compliance, staff training, and process improvement. Supports financial reporting, funder requirements, tax receipts, information returns, and operational deadlines while serving as the primary finance operations lead when the Director of Finance is unavailable.
