Lead approximately 10 Design Consultants by managing sales performance, coaching and developing team members, analyzing CRM and financial data, improving conversion and revenue, and supporting hiring and retention. The role also oversees showroom standards, customer escalations, project handoffs, community networking, and sales meetings. Candidates need relevant sales leadership experience, cabinetry or custom-closet industry experience, strong analytical and financial skills, and the ability to coach design fundamentals.

Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, provide design guidance, take measurements, develop custom organization solutions using CAD quoting software, and guide clients through installation. Manage a portfolio of projects, build customer relationships, pursue referrals and repeat business, and achieve sales goals through a consultative, commission-based process.
