Oversees municipal grant development, application, administration, compliance, budgeting, and reporting. Manages centralized procurement by developing bids and proposals, coordinating evaluations and awards, maintaining documentation, training departments, and ensuring compliance with Massachusetts laws and town policies. Updates procedures, supports audits, researches funding opportunities, and assists with capital planning. The role collaborates across departments and with granting agencies.

Provides part-time administrative and office support to a municipal fire department, including payroll and accrual reporting, visitor and phone service, meeting coordination, inventory and supply ordering, reimbursements, records management, invoice processing, permit payments, inspection scheduling, and ambulance billing assistance.

Directs the Town’s Community and Economic Development/Planning Department, overseeing economic development, land-use planning, zoning, grants, community relations, special events, boards, and departmental operations. Manages the implementation of the Town Master Plan, development reviews, ordinances, permits, budgets, and financial reporting. Collaborates with residents, businesses, officials, boards, and commissions; prepares public presentations and reports; and administers state and federal grants.
