Oversees library circulation operations during evening and weekend shifts, staffs the circulation desk, supports patrons with physical and electronic resources, and manages check-in, check-out, shelving, reserves, interlibrary loans, and basic cataloging. Leads, schedules, and trains student assistants when the Librarian is unavailable. Provides reference assistance, enforces library policies, maintains the library space, supports technical services, and records circulation and reference statistics.

Directs live production for chapel services and special events, overseeing audio, video, lighting, staging, equipment, systems, rehearsals, and technical execution. Leads production training for students and camera operators, maintains equipment and workflows, coordinates updates and vendors, supports post-production, and manages interdepartmental projects. The role also develops teams, plans department initiatives, troubleshoots live environments, and ensures consistent production standards across services, conferences, retreats, and events.

Manages daily social media execution across multiple accounts, brands, platforms, and content calendars. Responsibilities include writing and editing copy, scheduling and publishing content, coordinating workflows and contributors, monitoring engagement, supporting campaigns and event coverage, tracking performance, and maintaining brand consistency. The role also contributes to creative ideation, trend identification, strategic content planning, and cross-functional communications while coordinating student social media contributors.

Creates and manages visual and written content for organic and paid digital channels, including social media, email, web, video, photography, motion graphics, and digital advertising. Collaborates on campaigns, events, and content calendars; leads student volunteers; tracks projects in Monday.com; optimizes content using performance insights, SEO, and platform best practices. Requires strong storytelling, design, videography, editing, copywriting, and digital marketing skills, along with alignment to the college’s faith-based mission.

Create graphics, print materials, promotional content, and event designs for Highlands College while maintaining brand integrity. Collaborate with the Media & Design team, vendors, and internal departments; manage multiple projects and deadlines; apply design principles; and contribute creative solutions. The role also supports ministry activities and requires alignment with the college’s faith statement and values.
