Manage approximately 150 workers’ compensation cases, draft settlement demands, negotiate claims, respond to discovery, conduct depositions, and represent clients at hearings and motions. The attorney will provide high-quality client representation in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong research, writing, litigation, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Georgia Bar licensure, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and 0–3 years of workers’ compensation experience are required.

Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including claim evaluation, legal research, pleadings, discovery, negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials. Advise and communicate with clients, coordinate medical and expert witnesses, maintain case files and deadlines, negotiate settlements, and mentor junior legal staff. Requires Georgia bar admission, a J.D., and 3–6 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
