Leads Atlanta Mission’s institutional fundraising portfolio across foundation, corporate, and government partnerships. Sets revenue strategy, manages the grant and sponsorship pipeline, oversees forecasting and CRM infrastructure, cultivates major institutional relationships, and leads a team of fundraising professionals. Collaborates with executives, program leaders, finance, marketing, and the board to secure funding, support campaigns, and advance organizational priorities.

Manage Atlanta Mission’s legacy and major gift programs by prospecting, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors. Oversee donor portfolios, develop engagement plans, secure planned gifts, coordinate educational and gratitude events, create proposals and communications, analyze donor data, maintain Salesforce records, forecast revenue, and present stewardship metrics. The role requires extensive donor relationship management, estate-planning knowledge, fundraising expertise, and approximately 50% local travel for donor meetings and events.
