Provide managed IT support for business clients through email helpdesk, remote troubleshooting, scheduled onsite visits, and infrastructure projects. Administer Windows and Apple systems, Microsoft 365, email platforms, virtualization, backups, networking, firewalls, printers, and hardware. Build and deploy servers, document solutions, manage tickets, and respond to a 15-minute helpdesk SLA. The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite appointments and requires independent customer-facing work.
